Week #1: What does it mean to be a person?
To realize our value and purpose as a person, we must ask ourselves the following questions. Find a quiet place and take as long as necessary to see what comes to mind. Be specific. Your honest answers can help you tremendously in your mental, spiritual and physical growth.
Who Am I?
Being a kind, loving, caring person is a great place to start. What do you have to add? What kind of a person are you? How do you treat others? How do you handle your life?
Why am I here?
Being here – living life at my absolute best – is one major reason why we are here. What else do you have to add?
What makes my heart sing?
What do you love to do and how does it tie into your purpose…your visions, your dreams. What’s your “bucket list” for what you want to accomplish in your life?
Tips for being a successful, powerful person:
- Be honest with yourself – Make certain that you honor your feelings and your truth. This means integrating your mind, body, and spirit throughout each day to create balance in your life. Name some ways you have done this in your life this week.

Each day this week, say the following out loud:

- It is my responsibility to be trustworthy
- It is my responsibility to be reliable
- It is my responsibility to be accountable for my actions
- It is my responsibility to be true to myself
